    At Hamamatsucho Station, head to the Line 1 and Line 2 platforms.

    In the case of Keihin Tohoku Line, take the train for “Ueno / Omiya direction” of Line 1 platform.
    In the case of the Yamanote Line, take the No. 2 platform for “Inside the Yamanote Line (Tokyo / Ueno)”.

    Arrive at Nishi Nippori Station by taking 10 stations for 20 minutes.
    The fare from Shinagawa Station is 170 yen.
