The “Shimbashi Koichi Festival” is held every year as a place and opportunity for interaction with nearby residents and employees for the purpose of regional activation of the Shimbashi area.
In this year’s 24th Shimbashi Koichi Festival, we will conduct large-scale Bon festival dances, festivals, food stalls, beer gardens, etc., as well as special stages set up in the SL Plaza and various events that utilize large image vision.
We have plans for everyone, from children to adults, to feel free to drop in and enjoy. The main event on the final day is the annual Yukata beauty contest. Finalists who have passed in advance documents and interviews will appear on the stage and show their distinctively dressed yukata. On the day, one Grand Prix and one Grand Prix will be decided this year.
In addition, we also offer a popular yukata dressing service every year. (※ Please bring your own Yukata.) You can change your clothes on your way home from work, spend summer nights cool and windy, and so on. Please check the official site for details of the event.
