The festival of Tomioka Hachimangu is counted as one of the three major Edo festivals.
This year, the children’s shrine federation will be held on August 11th.
The shrines gather on Eidai-dori Street in front of the shrine, and the children of Fukagawa carry it up vigorously.
In addition, during the festival (August 11-15), various votive performances will be held on the grounds.
