The 5th large food festival where Japanese beef from all over Japan meet together.
Wagyu beef is a meat-only species that has been bred by improving Japanese breeds before the Meiji period. There are only 4 varieties: Kakuwa and Mukaiwashu.
On the other hand, “domestic cattle” is a general term for cattle raised in Japan for more than three months, most of which are Holstein and crossbreeds.
Breeding “Wagyu” takes a lot of time and effort compared to regular beef cattle, and is distributed at a high price due to the difficulty of mass production.
For this reason, it is feared that the distribution volume will decrease in the future, and the number of livestock farmers is also decreasing.
Wagyu beef grown with the generous affection and effort of livestock farmers is characterized by soft meat quality, fine and mellow taste, and persistent fat.
The “Tokyo Wagyu Beef Show” is held so that many people can learn about the charm of Wagyu beef so that it will not disappear from Japan.
Approximately 25 stores, including 16 stores that offer Wagyu beef menus, will open at the Tokyo Wagyu Beef Show.
There is also a “Tokyo Wagyu Show Limited Menu” that is usually not available at stores.
You can also enjoy beer, wine, lemon sour and sweets.
Why not visit the “Tokyo Wagyu Show” in autumn to experience the charm of Wagyu beef?
