Itabashi fireworks display

This year’s 60th fireworks display. Because the launch site is close to the audience seat, fireworks can be spread out in full view.

In commemoration of the boundary change between Itabashi ward, Tokyo and Toda-City, Saitama in 1950, the “Itabashi Fireworks Festival” began in 1951 the following day.

Every year, it is held on the same day of the “Todabashi Fireworks Display” of Toda City on the opposite side across Arakawa, and about 12,000 fireworks display the night sky on both sides.

Itabashi Fireworks Festival is Tokyo’s largest large ball “Shaku five size ball launch”, Kanto’s longest class “large Niagara Falls with a total length of 700 meters”, Wide Star Mine “Niagara of the Sky” which strikes from five places, The event features a lot of attractions, such as “Art Balls” created by 10 top Japanese pyrotechnicians and “Pokemon-shaped fireworks” that are very popular with children, and show fireworks that are elaborated every year.

Furthermore, to commemorate the 60th Games, we are planning to launch the 60 Shaka Balls and compete for the laser beam and fireworks.
